With everything that has been going, uncertainty, stress and anxiety can add up and leave us feeling overwhelmed. These feelings are totally natural and valid, so don’t be hard on yourself.
Take it a day at a time and remember to always breathe!
Today we bring you some tips on how to handle anxiety because we know we can’t run away from it but there are things we can do to make it better 😉 :
Reduce your consumption of caffeine and alcohol!
We know that a cold brew with almond milk in the morning hits just right ❤️ but caffeine can trigger anxiety because it is a strong stimulant on your body. If you need some energy in the morning, we suggest switching up to ginger tea.
2. Be aware of your surroundings!
A good exercise if you are feeling really anxious is to touch things around you, this will help ground you and be aware of your immediate space.
3. Maybe a cute cat or puppy video?
Try giving yourself positive stimulants, so a cute/funny video might help you get an endorphin boost ❤️
4. Sweat a little bit!
Exercise helps you release endorphins so you can do some pilates, some cardio or even a late night dance party on your own can help you feel less anxious. Sweat the anxiety and stress off, good thing our breast lifters are sweatproof so you don’t have to worry 😉
5. No skipping meals young lady!
Giving your body proper fuel with good nutrition is key to maintain a good physical and emotional health. Try to eat balanced foods that are good for you and from time to time sneak in some dessert ;) After all, we know dessert goes right to our hearts!
